Nov 8, 1918/Friday (Thiaucourt) War Diary: moving to better quarters

Moved into another building today and it sure is a peach of a place. Webber, Layer, Hambeck, Doyle, Rosenburg and I sleep here and have comfortable bunks and a nice stove. Layer and a bunch of fellows visited Thiaucourt today during a gas attack. Colored troops are passing day & night.
