Sept 9, 1918/ Monday War Diary: after drilling, a minstrel show

Have skipped over a week but there’s been nothing to write about anyway. The boys have been drilling and [O’Grady] work, semaphore, signaling, etc. Max Corrigan’s minstrel show went on at the "Y" tonight and was a grand success. The house was packed to the doors. It rained hard so I didn’t go. Will get a chance to see it next week. Got our gas masks one night last week and are wearing them a little longer each day. Today the boys marched a half hour with them on.

Would appreciate help deciphering "O'Grady". Cannot find explanation.
